Our dream has become reality
Our dream has become reality and has taken the forms of Masseria Fulcignano. We would like to tell you about the courage, the anxiety, the enthusiasm, perseverance and obstinacy, the great expectations and love that accompanied this project during last five years. Since the old and abandoned walls told how long time ago the life of our peasants was, to today, where the colors and the perfumes tell us of what we could realise.
Today our satisfaction is you, friends who come from all over the world to know, taste and relive what our peasants taught us: love and respect for our land and rural traditions, the pride for a territorial identity to be rediscovered every day.

It is equipped with all comforts: four hydromassage areas, degrading ladders to get into the water and a large solarium with beach lounges and big lanterns that create a unique and romantic atmosphere.
THE FARM AND OUR KM0 KITCHEN
In the Apulian countryside, inside the archaeological park of Castello di Fulcignano, in the heart of Salento, there is a farm surrounded by olive trees where the olives are turned into extra virgin olive oil, superior, declined in different notes of velvety, spicy or fruity. Hectares of land surrounding Masseria Fulcignano are dedicated, from the property, to the cultivation of olive trees, vegetables and fruits typical of Puglia.

Our company has a century-old tradition in the production of oil and wine. In the farm you can taste all of our finest oils and wines and if you want to know in depth the secrets of olive pressing and wine making, we can organize for you visits directly to the oil mills and wineries in Salento.

Cena alla masseria con amici
Abbiamo trovato questa masseria mentre eravamo in vacanza a Gallipoli. Cibo ottimo, prezzi contenuti, bella location. Adatto sia a cene di “gruppo” sia a cene di coppia, da segnalare gli antipasti della masseria ottimi.

Semplicemente meravigliosa
Ho passato una bella serata e cena con 9 amici, location assolutamente favolosa , nulla da dire. La cena è iniziata con un abbondantissimo antipasto della casa (30€ e 10 portate)

Location Eccellente
Abbiamo scelto questa location per festeggiare il battesimo di mia figlia. Una tipica masseria salentina, contornata da ulivi, fichi d’india, un piccolo orticello per la produzione a km0, ecc… Il cibo non è da meno, sia per qualità che per quantità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
