Masseria Fulcignano offers its guests an unforgettable stay among the ancient walls of a typical farm in Apulia, in an elegant atmosphere, where every detail evokes life experiences, culture and traditions of the past. Nothing is left to chance, a contemporary soul lives in harmony in a fascinating architectural frame, typical of old Salento’s farms that tell of the magical land of Puglia.
The suites and rooms, equipped with every comfort, have been converted from ancient stables, and from old farmhouses of the factors, through a skilful and careful restoration with only the use of environmentally friendly materials and natural. The farm consists of 16 double rooms of 28 square meters (convertible into comfortable quadruple), a suite of 45 square meters with kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, private solarium on the top floor and a private garden, a suite of 32 square meters independent main body of the farm, with kitchen, living area, bedroom and private garden. All rooms and suites are located on the the ground floor, with private entrance facing the surrounding countryside. The furniture is made completely of stone and each unit is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV, free wireless internet.
CLASSIC ROOM
The Superior double rooms with patio (26mq), converted from an ancient stables, are decorated in a contemporary style, some with fireplace in local stone, with wooden ceilings, are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, minibar, safe, TV satellite.
Capacity: 2 people in double bed; one baby cot can be added.
SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM
The Superior double rooms (28mq), converted from an old farmhouses of the factors, are decorated in stone, in a contemporary style, some with fireplaces in local stone, are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV. Some superior double rooms can be connected with another room in the same category. Capacity: 2 people in double or twin bed; one or two standard beds and one or two baby cots can be added.
JUNIOR SUITE
The Junior Suite (32mq), converted from an old farmhouses, is decorated completely in stone, in a contemporary style, is independent of the main body of the farmhouse and is composed of a bedroom and living area with a kitchen corner.
It’s equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV, kitchen corner.
Capacity: 2 people in double bed; one bunk bed in the separate living room (living area with kitchen corner) and one or two baby cots can be added.
FAMILY
The Suite (45mq), converted from an old farmhouses, is decorated completely in stone, in a contemporary style, consists of two bedroom (one double and one twin or double) and living area with kitchen corner.
The apartment has a private garden facing the countryside.
It’s equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV, kitchen.
Capacity: 4 people in double bed; a standard bed in a separate room (living area with kitchen corner) and two baby cots can be added.
